While Earth Day is technically on Thursday, April 22nd, WAM is celebrating Earth Day everyday for the rest of the month!
The theme for Earth Day 2021 is "Restore Our Earth." To protect our fisheries and to be good stewards of our environment, Women Anglers of Minnesota is encouraging all members to grab their friends, family, neighbors, dogs, and fellow WAMMIES and head to your favorite boat launches, shorelines, and parks in your local communities for a litter pick-up expedition! Keep the trash out of our beautiful lakes, protect our fisheries, and conserve our natural resources by breaking out your gloves and trash bags to pick up all the trash left behind by the winter snow.
